Transaction Structures

Depending on the opportunity, ARCA may purchase a property directly, assign contractual purchase rights where permitted, or structure a transaction involving an acquisition partner. The structure of any proposed transaction and ARCA’s role will be disclosed and explained before an agreement is signed.
